New Ashtanga Yoga Malvern Studio

We are now teaching from our own studio at 119 Church Street in Malvern –  You can access the building from the entrance just behind the bus stop next to the lowest parade of shops on the high street (next door to where the Pharmacy used to be).

Class Timetable

The following classes are held at 119 Church Street, Great Malvern WR14 2AJ (to the right of the old Claremont House Pharmacy, behind the bus stop).

Please note that this space holds 5 only so booking is essential.

Ashtanga Primary Series

Monday evening

7.00 – 8.30

Aiming towards a full flow traditional practice. Some experience of Yoga is necessary or completion of the Ashtanga Foundations Course for you to fully benefit from this class. Book online.

Vinyasa

Thursday evening

7.00 – 8.30

Vinyasa denotes a flowing style of Yoga where breath and movement are synchronised. Unlike Ashtanga, the postures are not set. All levels of ability are supported in this class. Book online.

Ashtanga Foundations Course

Saturday morning

9.00 – 10.30

A rolling 6 week Ashtanga Yoga introduction course aimed at beginners and those returning to Yoga. Book online.

Ashtanga Primary Series

For those who have an established Ashtanga practice and need less instruction. Book online.

Yoga an antidote for modern life?

Monday morning

9.30 – 11.00

A course that focuses on breath initiated movement, and held postures. We will include protocols for depression, anxiety, dealing with grief and crisis. The class is aimed at anyone wanting to seek change, a road towards a peaceful life.

This course will involve self inquiry as well as breathing and movement. This practice is suitable for most abilities. This is a rolling course of 4 weeks.

Workplace Yoga

Dinnertime classes

13.00 – 13.45 (suggested times)

We are offering an on-site yoga sessions aimed at corporate clients looking to help maximise their biggest resource – their staff! We can arrange a class designed to deliver the health giving aspects of Yoga to a mixture of abilities in the workplace. On request we can organise a site visit and arrange times to suite. These can be weekly or bi-monthly depending on demand and location.
